Canberra Rugby League
The Canberra Region Rugby League competition is more commonly known as the Canberra Raiders Cup, covering the Australian Capital Territory and surrounding New South Wales towns Queanbeyan, Goulburn, New South Wales, Goulburn and Yass, New South Wales, Yass. The competition is run under the auspices of the New South Wales Country Rugby League, Country Rugby League and players are eligible for selection in the Canberra Division of the CRL Tier 1 Divisional Championships. The Canberra district competition has an under 19s, reserve and first grade competitions. The Canberra Raiders are an Australian professional rugby league football club based in the national capital city of Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. They have competed in Australasia's elite rugby league competition, the National Rugby League (NRL) premiership since 1982. Queanbeyan East is a suburb of Queanbeyan in New South Wales, Australia. It is on the north eastern side of the Queanbeyan River, with the river forming its western boundary. Crookwell, New South Wales
Crookwell is a small town located in the Southern Tablelands of New South Wales, Australia, in the Upper Lachlan Shire. At the , Crookwell had a population of 2,641. The town is at a relatively high altitude of 887 metres and there are several snowfalls during the winter months. The nearest major centre is the city of Goulburn which is about a half-hour drive to the south-east of the town.
