Clear Creek Independent School District (CCISD) is a school district based in League City, Texas, United States. The district serves most of the Clear Lake Area and some other neighboring parts of the Houston metropolitan area. CCISD is the 29th largest school district in Texas, spanning 103 square miles and serving over 41,000 students. Westbrook, Suffolk County, New York
Westbrook, a large rambling house of many gables and tall chimneys on the South Shore of Long Island, lies on the west bank of the Connetquot River. The estate has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places since 1973 as a national historic district. House Westbrook was designed in 1886 for William Bayard Cutting (1850–1912) by the architect Charles C. Haight in the Tudor Revival style. Cutting had bought the estate for building his house on from George L. Lorillard in 1884. Scottish heather was shipped to provide thatch for the gate house, which remains at the corner of Montauk Highway and Great River Road. Westbrook station is a regional rail station on the Northeast Corridor, located off Connecticut Route 153 just north of the village center of Westbrook, Connecticut. It is served by the CT Rail's Shore Line East commuter rail service; Amtrak's ''Acela'' and ''Northeast Regional'' services run through the station without stopping. Westbrook has two high-level side platforms, each two cars long. The first Westbrook station opened in 1852, was replaced in 1906, and closed in 1936. A new station for Shore Line East opened in 1990; and was rebuilt in 2001. A new station with a larger lot and two accessible platforms opened on March 25, 2014. Westbrook Station (Calgary)
Westbrook station is the third station on the West LRT line of the CTrain light rail system in Calgary, Alberta. The station, along with the rest of the line, opened on December 10, 2012. However, on December 8, 2012, it was opened as a preview for the public to use. It is located in the neighbourhood of Rosscarrock, in the Sunalta, Calgary, Southwest quadrant of Calgary. The station is located underground beside 33 Street SW between Bow Trail and 17 Avenue SW, 4 km from the 7 Avenue & 9 Street SW Interlocking. The station, along with associated office block above it, occupies the site of the former Ernest Manning High School, which closed in June 2011, and a former Petro-Canada service station that closed in 2009. Westbrook is a city in Mitchell County, Texas, United States. The population was 201 at the 2020 census. History The Westbrook Oil Field was discovered on March 5, 1921, when the Texas and Pacific Abrams No. 1 well was completed to a depth of 2498 feet. L.W. Sandusky and P.C. Coleman convinced the Underwriters Producing and Refining Company to drill a test well, which was spudded on February 8, 1920. A subsidiary of Standard Oil of California, the California Company, bought the Underwriters' property in December 1922. By 1926, there were 77 producing wells, with total production amounting to 3400 barrels. Production is from a dolomitic limestone within the Permian Basin.
