The abbreviation S.A. or SA designates a type of limited company in certain countries, most of which have a Romance languages, Romance language as their official language and operate a derivative of the 1804, Napoleonic, civil law (legal system), civil law. Originally, shareholders could be anonymous and collect dividends by surrendering coupon (finance), coupons attached to their stock certificate, share certificates. Dividends were paid to whomever held the certificate. Since share certificates could be transferred privately, corporate management would not necessarily know who owned its shares – nor did anyone but the holders. As with bearer bonds, anonymous unregistered share ownership and dividend collection enabled money laundering, tax evasion, and concealed business transactions in general, so governments passed laws to audit the practice. Ici (radio Network)
Ici (; formerly ''France Bleu'' ) is a network of local and regional radio stations in France, part of the national public broadcasting group Radio France. The network has a public service mission to serve local audiences and provides local news and content from each of its forty-four stations. Ici was created as France Bleu in 2000 by a fusion of two older Radio France networks, ''Les locales de Radio France'' and ''Radio Bleue''. The flagship station in Paris goes by the name of ici Paris Île-de-France, while the individual stations are each named for their respective coverage areas, usually a département, région, or city. Orchestre National De France
The Orchestre National de France (; ; abbr. ONF) is a French symphony orchestra based in Paris, founded in 1934. Placed under the administration of the French national radio (named Radio France since 1975), the ONF performs mainly in the Grand Auditorium (Maison de la Radio), Grand Auditorium at the Radio France, Maison de la Radio et de la Musique (formerly known as Maison de la Radio) from where all its concerts are broadcast. Blues is a music genre and musical form that originated among African Americans in the Deep South of the United States around the 1860s. A (, ; , ) is generally any Lyrics, lyric-driven French song. The term is most commonly used in English to refer either to the secular polyphonic French songs of late medieval music, medieval and Renaissance music or to a specific style of French pop music which emerged in the 1950s and 1960s. Hip-hop or hip hop (originally disco rap) is a popular music genre that emerged in the early 1970s from the African-American community of New York City. The style is characterized by its synthesis of a wide range of musical techniques. Hip-hop includes rapping often enough that the terms can be used synonymously. However, "hip-hop" more properly denotes an entire subculture. Other key markers of the genre are the disc jockey, turntablism, scratching, beatboxing, and instrumental tracks.
