Yokosuka P1Y
The Yokosuka P1Y ''Ginga'' (銀河, "Galaxy") was a twin-engine, land-based bomber developed for the Japanese Imperial Navy in World War II. It was the successor to the Mitsubishi G4M and given the World War II Allied names for Japanese aircraft, Allied reporting name "Frances". Design and development The P1Y was designed by the Yokosuka Naval Air Technical Arsenal to Navy specification 15-''Shi'', calling for a fast bomber with speed matching the A6M Zero, Zero, range matching the G4M, a 907 kg (2,000 lb) bombload, and the ability to Dive bomber, dive-bomb as well as carry torpedoes. As the result, the construction suffered from excess complexity, difficulty of manufacture, and poor serviceability. Problems with the availability of enough reliable Nakajima Homare, Nakajima ''Homare'' engines led to their replacement by the Mitsubishi Kasei, Mitsubishi ''Kasei'' in the P1Y2-S night-fighter version. The streamlined design of the ''Ginga'' is attributed to Miki Tadanao, ...

Ginga (train)
The was an overnight express sleeper train operating on the Tōkaidō Main Line between and in Japan. It was initially operated by Japanese National Railways (JNR) and, after its privatization in 1987, by West Japan Railway Company (JR West). The ''Ginga'' followed a similar route to the much faster Tōkaidō Shinkansen high-speed line, and filled the overnight gap in the Shinkansen's timetable. While the last Osaka-Tokyo Shinkansen trains departed at 21:20 (in either direction, as of 2008), ''Ginga'' departed Osaka at 22:30 and Tokyo at 23:00, and arrived over an hour before the first Shinkansen arrival the next morning. This made it somewhat popular among business travelers who needed a later departure or earlier arrival than the Shinkansen could provide. However, the numerous overnight buses on the Tokyo-Osaka route largely captured the budget traveler market, while late evening and early morning flights to Kansai International Airport, Kansai Airport (which opened in 1994 ...

It received the 1987 Shogakukan Manga Award for best shōnen series. It was licensed in North America in 2020 by Manga Planet. The pack is gathering strong dogs from all over Japan to fight a deranged bear named Akakabuto (Japanese for "red helmet") and his minions. The story begins from the point of view of the humans, but swings to the dogs afterwards. SL Ginga
The is a steam-hauled "Joyful Train" (excursion train) operated by East Japan Railway Company (JR East) primarily on the Kamaishi Line in the north-east Tohoku Region of Japan since April 2014. The train consists of restored JNR Class C58 steam locomotive number C58 239 together with four rebuilt former KiHa 141 series diesel cars purchased from JR Hokkaido (themselves rebuilt from earlier 50 series passenger coaches and made surplus to requirements following the electrification of the Sasshō Line in 2012). List Of Capoeira Techniques
Capoeira has always been an eclectic martial art with a variety of different techniques that make use of the hands, feet, legs, arms, elbows, knees, and head. Some techniques are used for moving along the ground while others are used for evading attacks and it is not uncommon to see a combination of the two. There are hard attacks that include headbutts, slaps, punches, elbows, kicks and knees as well as softer attacks such as takedowns or sweeps; however, the main emphasis is normally placed on the interaction between kicks and evasions. The most confusing group of techniques for many outside the capoeira circle are florieos which often results in capoeira being mistaken for breakdancing or acrobatics. A huge synergy of West African martial arts, cultures, and traditions such as Hausa Dambe, kulunga fighting, Ashanti Akrafena, and Nuba wrestling have all had an influence on capoeira techniques. These combined with the colorful acrobatic performances during the festivals all ...
