Henning Frederik Feilberg
Henning Frederik Feilberg (6 August 1831 in Hillerød – 8 October 1921 in Askov), was a Danish pastor, author and folklorist. His research and publications represent significant contributions to the field of Danish folklore. Biography Feilberg moved with his family to southern Jutland as a small child, later becoming a pastor there, following in his father's footsteps. In 1856, his interest in philology and folklore was encouraged by the time he spent working as a curate with Eiler Henning Hagerup in Großsolt, Store Solt to the south of Flensburg. In 1869, when he was a pastor in Brørup, he took a renewed interest in folklore, contributing to the journal ''Nordisk Månedsskrift''. This led to a journey to Norway where he met Eilert Sundt. He married in 1860 and had six children to Louise Anna Andersen von Nutzhorn (1831-1897). Kristen Feilberg
Kristen Feilberg or Christen Schjellerup Feilberg (26 August 1839 – 1919) was an early Danish photographer who is known mainly for his images captured far beyond the borders of Denmark. From the 1860s until the 1890s, Feilberg participated in expeditions to Sumatra, Singapore, and Penang. In 1867, he exhibited photos at the Paris World Exposition and around 1870 he joined an expedition to the Batak lands of North Sumatra with the Dutch explorer C. de Haan from which he returned with 45 successful "photogrammes". Early life Kristen Feilberg was born on 26 August 1839 in Vester Vedsted near Ribe in the west of Jutland, Denmark. He was the son of Nikolai Laurentius Feilberg, a well-known cleric, and Conradine Antonette Caroline Købke (sister to the painter Christen Købke).

Magnus Feilberg
Magnus Wogelius Feilberg (30 January 1817 – 5 June 1899) was a Danish-born Norwegian bookseller and publisher. Biography Feilberg was born in Copenhagen, the son of Jens Christian Feilberg and Ovene Lucie Wogelius. He came to Norway in 1839. He was first employed by the Gyldendal publishing house. In 1843 he founded ''Feilberg & Landmark'', a combined publishing house and bookstore, together with Jens Landmark (1817-1881). Feilberg was later among the founders of the Norwegian Booksellers Association in 1851, and chaired this organization from 1879 to 1886. After the death of Jens Landmark, the assets of the firm were acquired by Jacob Dybwad. Peter Feilberg
Peter Fredrik Feilberg (7 April 1800 – 5 August 1863) was a Norwegian newspaper editor, bookseller and printer, who also served as mayor of Skien. Biography He was born in Tønsberg in Vestfold, Norway. He was the son of Jacob Feilberg (1753-1816) and Anna Granberg (1761-1854). His family had immigrated from Flensburg, Southern Schleswig in 1787. Peter Feilberg was a dyer by education. He also operated a printing press, ran a book shop and later a rental library. In 1830 Feilberg started '' Skiens Ugeblad'' which was the first newspaper in Skien. He was notably convicted of libel in 1837 and sentenced to pay 60 speciedaler; the complaint having been filed by County Governor Frederik Wilhelm Wedel Jarlsberg (1787-1863). Feilberg's defender Pavels Hielm (1781-1846) was also convicted of inappropriate procedure and was sentenced to pay a fine of 10 speciedaler for having recited a poem during the final speech of the defence.
