Excello Records was an American blues independent record label, started by Ernie Young in Nashville, Tennessee, United States, in 1953 as a subsidiary of Nashboro, a gospel label. History It recorded such artists as Louis Brooks, Lightnin' Slim, Slim Harpo, Roscoe Shelton, Lazy Lester, the Kelly Brothers, Lonesome Sundown, Silas Hogan, Arthur Gunter, Marion James, Carol Fran, Warren Storm, Tabby Thomas, Guitar Gable, and a spoken word sermon by Martin Luther King Jr. Arthur Gunter recorded an answer song to Eddy Arnold's country and western song, " I Wanna Play House With You". His song, " Baby Let's Play House", was covered by Elvis Presley. In 2018, a 170-page book written by Randy Fox, ''Shake Your Hips: The Excello Records Story'' was released, out-lining the entire history of the label. Excello, Missouri
Excello is an unincorporated community and census-designated place (CDP) in southern Macon County, Missouri, United States. As of the 2020 United States census, it had a population of 61. History An early variant name was "Emerson". A post office called Excello has been in operation since 1869. Geography Excello is located south of Macon and north of Moberly, one-half mile west of U.S. Route 63 on State Road T. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the Excello CDP has an area of , of which , or 0.29%, are water. Excello, Ohio
Excello is an unincorporated community in central Lemon Township, Butler County, Ohio, United States, on the south side of Middletown. It comprises roughly the area south of Oxford State Road and State Route 73, west of State Route 4, and east of the Great Miami River. The Excello Lock was a canal lock on the Miami and Erie Canal. Remnants of the lock remain as public property owned by the MCD (Miami Conservancy District). Also in Excello was former Harding-Jones Paper Company plant, which is now closed but is on the National Register of Historic Places. Excello sprang up when the Excello Paper Company opened at the site in the 1860s. A post office was opened in Excello on November 10, 1870, but no longer exists. Notable person * J. Corporation (commonly known as was an American manufacturer of machinery and machine tools located in suburban Detroit, Michigan, United States. The company was in operation from 1919 to 2006. History United States The company was established in 1919 as Tool and Manufacturing Co. by a group of tool and die makers, all of whom were former employees of Ford Motor Company. The site of the original shop was located in Highland Park, Michigan. This location is a few blocks from the world's first automobile assembly line, at the Highland Park Ford Plant. Amadeus Cho is a superhero appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. Created by American writer Greg Pak and Canadian artist Takeshi Miyazawa, the character first appeared in ''Amazing Fantasy'' vol. 2 #15 (January 2005). Cho usually appears in books featuring the Avengers or individual members of that group, such as the Hulk or Hercules. A 19-year-old Korean American genius and one of the smartest people on Earth, Cho succeeds Bruce Banner as the Hulk in ''The Totally Awesome Hulk'' #1 (2015).
