James Harvey Blood (December 29, 1833 – December 29, 1885) was an American Union Army officer who was Commander of the 6th Missouri Infantry Regiment during the American Civil War. He was promoted from lieutenant colonel to colonel, and he was elected city auditor of St. Louis. Lawrence is a city in and the county seat of Douglas County, Kansas, United States, and the sixth-largest city in the state. It is in the northeastern sector of the state, astride Interstate 70 in Kansas, Interstate 70, between the Kansas River, Kansas and Wakarusa River, Wakarusa Rivers. ''Colonel Blood'' a is a 1934 British historical adventure film written and directed by W. P. Lipscomb and starring Frank Cellier, Anne Grey and Mary Lawson. Plot The plot is based on a dramatised account of the exploits of the historical renegade, Thomas Blood, in the Seventeenth Century and his attempted theft of the English Crown Jewels. Production The film was shot on location at Shepperton Studios near London.Wood p.77 The film's sets were designed by the art directors John Bryan and Laurence Irving, while costumes were designed by Elizabeth Haffenden. ''Colonel Blood'' is the second album from Northern Ireland band Fighting with Wire, released on 21 September in Ireland and 24 September 2012 in the UK. Background & Recording After the band released Man vs Monster, the album appeared on music website, 'Shadowglobe'. Atlantic Records had heard the album through the site and invited them to New York to do a showcase for them. They were offered a record deal and then offered to record their second album in Nashville, Tennessee with producer Nick Raskulinecz, who had previously worked with bands such as the Foo Fighters The Foo Fighters are an American Rock music, rock band formed in Seattle in 1994.
