Chiti ( ne, चिती) is a village and the 11th ward of Besisahar Municipality in Lamjung District in the Gandaki Province of northern-central Nepal. Chiti Mukulu
The Chitimukulu is the King(Paramount Chief) of the Bemba, the largest ethnic group in Zambia. The King is named after Chiti Muluba, who changed his name to Chiti Mukulu (Chiti the Great) who in the 18th century led the Bemba out from their original lands in the Luba Empire of Mukulumpe in DR Congo to eventually settle the country around Kasama in Zambia's Northern Province. In Kola the Bemba Kings were born from King Mukulumpe from his last wife Mumbi Mukasa who belonged to the crocodile clan. She bore four children namely Katongo, Nkole, Chiti and Chilufya Mulenga their sister. The Bemba were given a kingdom to rule by their father Mukulumpe, so the Bemba built a tower to help them see when enemies as who would want to attack them but the tower collapsed killing a lot of people. Carlo Chiti
Carlo Chiti (19 December 1924 – 7 July 1994) was an Italian racing car and engine designer best known for his long association with Alfa Romeo's racing department. He also worked for Ferrari and was involved in the design of the Ferrari 156 Sharknose car, with which Phil Hill won the 1961 championship. Early life Born in Pistoia, Tuscany, Chiti graduated with a degree in aeronautical engineering from the University of Pisa in Italy in 1953. Motorsport career Chiti joined Alfa Romeo in 1952 and designed the Alfa Romeo 3000 CM sports car. When Alfa Romeo's competition department was closed down in the late 1950s Chiti was invited to join Scuderia Ferrari. Harry Dominic Chiti (born December 10, 1958 in Independence, Missouri) is an American former professional baseball player, coach, scout and farm system official. In Major League Baseball, he has worked as bullpen coach of the Cleveland Indians, Baltimore Orioles, Texas Rangers, and Los Angeles Angels. He is a former left-handed pitcher in the minor leagues. Gian Paolo Chiti (born 21 January 1939 in Rome) is an Italian composer and pianist. After beginning his studies in piano, violin and composition at the age of four, he made a series of appearances as a child prodigy before entering the Accademia Nazionale di Santa Cecilia in Rome, Italy's most important music school, at the age of ten. Harry Dominic Chiti Jr. (pronounced ) (November 16, 1932 – January 31, 2002) was an American catcher in Major League Baseball. Vannino Chiti (born 26 December 1947) is an Italian politician, former president of Tuscany and Minister for Constitutional Reforms and Parliamentary Relations.
