The China Conservatory of Music (CCMusic; ) is a municipal music academy in Chaoyang, Beijing, China. The school is affiliated with the City of Beijing, and co-funded by the Beijing Municipal People's Government and the Ministry of Culture and Tourism. The school is a higher music education institution that aims at Chinese ethnic music education, research, performance, and creation. It was established in 1964 and is part of the Double First-Class Construction. Central Conservatory Of Music
The Central Conservatory of Music (CCOM; ) is the national music academy of China, located in Beijing. It is affiliated with the Ministry of Education. The academy is part of Project 211 and the Double First-Class Construction. Overview Founded in 1950 the conservatory offers courses to both citizens and foreign students. The school caters to all levels from primary to postgraduate. Undergraduate programmes of four or five years are offered in composition, conducting, musicology, voice and opera, piano, orchestral instruments and traditional Chinese musical instruments. Dadon (), full name Dadon Dawa Dolma () is a Tibetan singer and actress. Biography Dadon was born in Tibet in 1968. In 1985, she obtained a music degree at Music Department of Central Institute for Minorities in Beijing. In 1988, she studied voice at the China Conservatory of Music in Beijing.
