Brian Hogan (Kilkenny Hurler)
Brian Hogan (born 14 August 1981) is an Irish hurler who played as a centre-back at senior level for the Kilkenny county team until he announced his retirement in 2014. Hogan made his first appearance for the team during the 2004 championship and has become a regular player over the last few seasons. During that time he has won seven All-Ireland winners' medals, eight Leinster winners' medals, six National League winners' medals and two All-Star award. In 2011 Hogan captained the team to the All-Ireland title. At club level Hogan is a double Leinster medalist with O'Loughlin Gaels. In addition to this he has also won three county championship winners' medals. Playing career Club Hogan plays his club hurling with the O'Loughlin Gaels club in Kilkenny city and has enjoyed much success. Brian Hogan (born 9 July 1996) is an Irish hurler who plays for North Tipperary club Lorrha and at inter-county level with the Tipperary senior hurling team. He usually lines out as a goalkeeper. Playing career Maynooth University As a student at the Maynooth University, Hogan joined the senior hurling team during his second year. On 24 February 2018, he was selected at centre-back when Maynooth University faced Ulster University in the final of the Ryan Cup. Kíla is a 1987 Irish folk music/world music group from the Gaelscoil, Irish language secondary school, Coláiste Eoin, Coláiste Eóin in County Dublin. Band History Kíla began in 1987 in the secondary in Coláiste Eoin, in the first year they busked nearly every week and played 44 concerts, mostly at their father's publishing company book launches, their mother's art exhibition openings and their brother's political campaign launches. Brian Mark Cogan (born April 22, 1954) is a senior United States district judge of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York who joined that court in 2006. Education and career Cogan was born in 1954 in Chicago, Illinois. He graduated from University of Illinois with a Bachelor of Arts in 1975 and received his Juris Doctor from Cornell Law School in 1979, where he was an editor of the ''Cornell Law Review''. Following graduation, Cogan clerked for Judge Sidney Aronovitz of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Prior to his appointment to the federal bench, Cogan was a partner of Stroock & Stroock & Lavan in New York City. Federal judicial service Cogan was nominated by President George W.
