Brian Taylor (Australian Footballer)
Brian Wayne Taylor (born 10 April 1962) is a former Australian rules footballer and current Australian Football League (AFL) commentator on television for the Seven Network. He played with Richmond and Collingwood from 1980 to 1990. Playing career He was only 16 when recruited from Mandurah, Western Australia, to the Richmond Football Club. The moustached Taylor, known as "BT" and "Bristle", began his VFL career with Richmond in 1980. He was a full-forward at the same club as the legendary Michael Roach. This limited his playing opportunities, and so he asked to be transferred to Collingwood after the 1984 season, having played 43 games and kicking 156 goals. His height was 191 cm and his weight was 102 kg. In 1985, Taylor joined Collingwood. He kicked 100 goals in 1986 to win the Coleman Medal. Brien McKeiver Taylor (born December 26, 1971) is a former pitcher in minor league baseball. He spent seven seasons in the minor leagues, primarily with the New York Yankees organization. In his career, he had a win–loss record of 22–30, a 5.12 earned run average (ERA), and 425 strikeouts. Born in Beaufort, North Carolina, Taylor attended East Carteret High School, where his pitching ability caused him to be chosen by the New York Yankees with the first overall selection in the 1991 Major League Baseball Draft. After two full seasons in the minor leagues, he injured his shoulder in a fight, and was ineffective after returning to baseball. He retired in 2000, having never played a game above Class AA. Brian Taylor is an American filmmaker. He is best known for collaborating with Mark Neveldine in the writing/directing team Neveldine/Taylor. Career Taylor attended the Los Angeles Film School in Hollywood and began his career as a cinematographer, working on independent films and low-budget shorts. In the early 2000s, Taylor united with Mark Neveldine to form the directing team Neveldine/Taylor. Known for their aggressive, high energy camerawork, the team signed with @radical.media in 2004 as commercial directors. They shot campaigns for Nike, Powerade, Budweiser and many others before moving to the big screen in 2006 with their first feature, ''Crank.'' Brian Dwight Taylor (born June 9, 1951) is an American former professional basketball player who played for the New York Nets of the American Basketball Association (ABA) and the Kansas City Kings, Denver Nuggets, and San Diego Clippers of the National Basketball Association (NBA). Brian Joseph Taylor (24 March 1937 – 10 June 2015) was an English footballer who played as a winger. In a career spanning over sixteen years he made 316 league appearances in the Football League. He turned professional with Walsall in September 1954, before winning a £10,000 move to Birmingham City in June 1958. He played in the top flight, as well as in Europe, for the "Blues", before he was struck down with a broken leg. He moved down a division to join Rotherham United in October 1961, before dropping down another division to play for Shrewsbury Town two years later. His descent to the basement division was complete when he was signed by Port Vale for £3,000 in July 1965.
