Bob Carr
Robert John Carr (born 28 September 1947) is an Australian retired politician and journalist who served as the 39th Premier of New South Wales from 1995 to 2005, as the leader of the New South Wales Labor Party, New South Wales branch of the Australian Labor Party. He later entered federal politics as a New South Wales Australian Senate, senator, and served as Minister for Foreign Affairs (Australia), Minister for Foreign Affairs from 2012 to 2013. Following his departure from politics, he served as the director of the Australia-China Relations Institute (ACRI) from 2014 to 2019 at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS). Carr was born in Sydney and attended the University of New South Wales. Before entering politics he worked as a journalist. Michael Stephen Photios (born 26 September 1960) is an Australian former politician who was the Minister for Multicultural and Ethnic Affairs and Minister Assisting the Minister for Justice from 1993 to 1995 in the New South Wales Government. Deirdre Grusovin
Deirdre Mary Grusovin (born 1 September 1938) was a Labor member of the New South Wales Parliament for over twenty five years. Grusovin was born Deirdre Mary Brereton in Sydney, and is the sister of influential former politician Laurie Brereton. She was educated at Our Lady of the Sacred Heart College in Kensington. Prior to entering politics, she was a librarian for the City of Randwick from 1957 to 1962 and then managed her husband's pharmacy business until 1978. Initially elected to the New South Wales Legislative Council in 1978, she remained in office until 1990. George Paciullo
George Paciullo, OAM (; 20 February 19349 October 2012) was an Australian politician. He was the Labor member for Liverpool in the New South Wales Legislative Assembly from 1971 to 1989, and served as a minister from 1984 to 1988. Paciullo was born in Sydney to market gardener Sisto Paciullo and his wife Immacolata, who had come to Australia from Calabria during the Great Depression. He attended public schools at Liverpool and Homebush, and was employed as a survey draftsmen with the New South Wales Soil Conservation Service upon his graduation in 1951. David Hay (Australian Politician)
David Aberdeen Hay, (26 October 1933 – 10 May 2025) was an Australian politician. He was the Liberal member for Manly in the New South Wales Legislative Assembly from 1984 to 1991, and state Minister for Local Government and Minister for Planning from 1988 to 1991. Hay was born in Manly and was educated at Manly Boys' High School. He served in the military as a RAAF pilot, and worked as a company director. He was an Alderman of Manly Municipal Council for twenty-three years, including six terms as Mayor and eight as Deputy Mayor, and was also a Mackellar County Councillor for six years, including one year as chairman. In 1984, Hay defeated the Labor member for the seat of Manly, Alan Stewart, and was made Minister for Local Government and Minister for Planning shortly after winning his second term in 1988. Terence William "Terry" Sheahan, (born 18 August 1947) is an Australian judge and former politician. Barrie John Unsworth (born 16 April 1934) is an Australian former politician, representing the Labor Party in the Parliament of New South Wales from 1978 to 1991. Neville Kenneth Wran, (11 October 1926 – 20 April 2014) was an Australian politician who was the Premier of New South Wales from 1976 to 1986.
