Arsenio Jermaine Cedric Valpoort (born 5 August 1992) is a Dutch professional footballer who plays as a winger for Bulgarian First League club Hebar Pazardzhik. A youth prospect of SC Heerenveen, Valpoort made his first team debut in 2011. Arsénio Pompílio Pompeu de Carpo (1792–1869) was a Portuguese slave trader, freemason, poet and journalist, who was active mainly in Angola and Brazil. Arsenio Martínez-Campos y Antón, born Martínez y Campos (14 December 1831, in Segovia, Spain – 23 September 1900, in Zarauz, Spain), was a Spanish officer who rose against the First Spanish Republic in a military revolution in 1874 and restored Spain's Bourbon dynasty. Later, he became Captain-General of Cuba. Martínez Campos took part in wars in Africa, Mexico and Cuba and in the Third Carlist War. Arsenio Alexander López Rosario (born May 3, 1979), also known as Alex Lopez, is a Puerto Rican former swimmer and three-time Olympian who specialized in breaststroke and individual medley events. Arsenio Linares y Pombo (22 October 1848 – 7 August 1914) was a Spanish military officer and government official. Born in Valencia, he earned the rank of lieutenant in 1868 and participated in operations against rebellions in Cuba, and in the Carlist Wars on mainland Spain putting down rebellions by Basque separatists.
