Arnaldo De Oliveira Sales
Arnaldo Augusto de Oliveira Sales, GBM, CBE, GCIH, JP, (; 13 January 1920 – 6 March 2020) was a Hong Kong/Portuguese sports figure who was chairman of the Hong Kong Olympic Academy and president of the Sports Federation and Olympic Committee of Hong Kong. He was for many years the unofficial member of the Urban Council and became its first unofficial chairman from 1973-81. He was also a member of the Hong Kong Basic Law Consultative Committee. Biography Sales was born in Shameen, Canton in the French concession in about 1920, where his great-great-grandfather had settled. He came to Hong Kong at the age of 8 and attended several Roman Catholic schools, including St Joseph's Branch School, La Salle College and St Joseph's Seminary, Macau. Sir Rogério Hyndman Lobo, CBE, JP (15 September 1923 – 18 April 2015), generally known as Roger Lobo, was a British Hong Kong businessman, philanthropist and politician. He was a member of the Urban Council, Executive Council and Legislative Council. He was famous for his Lobo Motion in Legislative Council of Hong Kong during the negotiation of the future of Hong Kong between the United Kingdom and the PRC in early 1980s. Early life Lobo was born in September 1923 of Hong Kong-Macanese, Portuguese and Scottish descent. Ng Hong-mun
Ng Hong-mun GBM (, born 9 April 1926) is a Chinese politician who served as a member of the 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th National People's Congress representing Guangdong, from 1975 to 1998. Ng then served as a member of the 9th and 10th National People's Congress representing Hong Kong, from 1998 to 2008. He is the longest serving member of the National People's Congress from Hong Kong, serving as member for over 32 years. In addition, Ng is also appointed as a Hong Kong affair advisor in 1992 and as a member of the Preliminary Working Committee in 1993.
