Vjosa Osmani-Sadriu (born 17 May 1982) is a Kosovar Albanian jurist and politician serving as the 5th and current President of Kosovo since 4 April 2021. Born in former Yugoslavia and raised in the city then known as Titova Mitrovica, today the city of Mitrovica, Osmani became a political activist and studied law at the University of Pristina and the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. Albin Kurti
Albin Kurti (; born 24 March 1975) is a Kosovar Albanian politician and activist, serving as the Prime Minister of Kosovo since 22 March 2021, having previously served in that role between February and June 2020. He came to prominence in 1997 as the vice-president of the University of Pristina student union, and a main organizer of non-violent demonstrations in 1997 and 1998. Anton Quni
Anton Quni (born 9 June 1967) is the Kosovan Albanian and former Minister of Defense of Kosovo and of the Kosovo Security Forces (KSF), as well as the former Commander of the Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA). Career He studied at the Military Academy in Belgrade and with the highest grades was promoted as a career officer with the Yugoslav People's Army. Isniq
Isniq (Serbian: Istinić/Истинић) is a settlement north of Deçan in Western Kosovo about 45 miles (or 72 km) west of Pristina. The village is based on the plains of Dukagjini at the foot of the Accursed Mountains next to the Deçani's White Drin River and is the biggest village in Kosovo. Medicinal plants grow at the mountains of 2656 meters above the sea. Berit Backer wrote a book about the region. History In the medieval ages, the village was part of the Decani monastic estate and two families ruled it. Lëvizja Vetëvendosje (, en, Self-determination Movement; LVV) is a centre-left to left-wing political party in Kosovo. It is orientated towards principles of social democracy, populism, and Albanian nationalism.
