Arieh O'Sullivan
Arieh O'Sullivan ( he, אריה אוסליבן; born March 22, 1961) is an author, journalist, soldier, and award-winning defense correspondent who has covered Israel and the Middle East for over two decades. He currently serves as an anchor and reporter at Israel Public Radio's English News. O'Sullivan was raised in Louisiana and Mississippi and moved to Israel in 1981. He served as a paratrooper in the 1982 Lebanon War and was discharged in 2008 from the reserves. He earned a BA in Mass Communications from the University of Minnesota. Early years Raised in New Orleans, Louisiana, O'Sullivan's father Fred (later Efraim) O'Sullivan was a Jewish convert from Catholicism. The Sons of Confederate Veterans (SCV) is an American neo-Confederate nonprofit organization of male descendants of Confederate soldiers that commemorates these ancestors, funds and dedicates monuments to them, and promotes the pseudohistorical Lost Cause ideology and corresponding white supremacy. The Gulf War was a 1990–1991 armed campaign waged by a Coalition of the Gulf War, 35-country military coalition in response to the Iraqi invasion of Kuwait. Srigim
Srigim ( he, שריגים. lit. ''Shoots''), also known as Li On ( he, לִי אוֹן), is a community settlement in central Israel. Located to the south of Beit Shemesh. It falls under the jurisdiction of Mateh Yehuda Regional Council. In it had a population of . It borders the British Park forest and the biblical Elah Valley where David fought Goliath. History The village was established in 1960 by residents of moshavim in the region, and was planned to become a regional centre. It was named after grapevines, which are common in the area. English Language
