History The college, which was formerly called Lagos State College of Education, was established in 1958 as a Grade III teacher training college, matriculating about ninety students in its first year. Oto-Awori previously known as just "OTO" is a suburban community and a local government development council area located along the Lagos-Badagry Expressway in Ojo local government area of Lagos State. Oto Awori is founded by Ayato which is the predecessor for Today's Esau Oladega AINA (Kuyamiku) of the Oloja Ruling House of Oto Awori. Sarah Adebisi Sosan (born 11 February 1956) is a Nigerian politician and former teacher, she served as Deputy Governor of Lagos State from 2007 to 2011. Early life and education Sarah Adebisi was born in Lagos 11 February 1956 to the aristocratic family of Chief and Princess Durosinmi of Irewe town in Ojo Local Government Area, Badagry division.
