Anders Petersen (born 1944) is a Swedish photographer, based in Stockholm. He makes intimate and personal documentary-style black and white photographs. Petersen has published more than 20 books. Biography Petersen studied photography under Christer Strömholm in Sweden from 1966 to 1967. He is noted for his intimate and personal documentary-style black-and-white photographs. For three years beginning in 1967 he photographed the late-night regulars (prostitutes, transvestites, drunks, lovers and drug addicts) in Café Lehmitz, a bar in Hamburg, Germany. The resulting photobook was first published in 1978 by Schirmer/Mosel in Germany. ''Café Lehmitz'' has since become regarded as a seminal book in the history of European photography. One of the photographs from this series was used as the cover art for Tom Waits' album '' Rain Dogs''. Anders Petersen (22 December 1827 – 13 August 1914) was a Danish school teacher and author of a range of historical, genealogical and statistical books. Early years Anders Petersen was born in Bjæverskov, a town in Køge Municipality, as the youngest of four children of farmer Peter Nicolaisen and wife Marie Nilsdatter Bech. He grew up with his family in the residence of the deacon of Bjæverskov, where his parents worked for the unmarried deacon. Since rural deacons were often school teachers as well, this may partly explain why he later became a teacher. In 1842 he was confirmed as first in his class. The deacon who had employed his parents died in May the same year, two months later at the age of 14 Anders Petersen started as an apprentice as a weaver in nearby Slimminge. In May 1845 Anders Petersen had completed his apprenticeship. During the following years he worked as a weaver in various nearby villages except for November 1846 where he lived in Copenhagen. B-67
Boldklubben af 1967 (also known as B-67 or B-67 Nuuk) is a sports club from Greenland based in Nuuk. They compete in football, badminton and handball. In 2016 they won the Coca Cola GM by defeating Nagdlunguaq-48 3–1. In the 1980s they were a small club in the heart of Nuuk. They mainly focused on youth development during the mid-1980s, significantly helping this side's rise to fame. B-67 took part in many competitions but went without a trophy for 25 years. In 1993, the club began to grow with the signings of elite Nordic players and training facilities grew, massively impacting the squad. With better coaching, this B-67 side won 85% of their senior matches and played in 8 finals after 1988, yet winning none. Greenland National Football Team
The Greenland national football team represents Greenland in non-FIFA international tournaments. It is controlled by the Football Association of Greenland. Although it has the same status as the Faroe Islands within the Kingdom of Denmark, Greenland is not, unlike the Faroe Islands national football team, a member of FIFA nor of any continental confederation and therefore is not eligible to enter the World Cup or other sanctioned tournaments. The ELF Cup (''Equality, Liberty, Fraternity'') was an international football tournament organised by the Cyprus Turkish Football Federation (KTFF), a member of the NF-Board. It was played only once in 2006. Among the participants were NF-Board teams, and FIFA member teams from the Asian Football Confederation.
