2020 Trump Campaign
Incumbent Republican Donald Trump led an unsuccessful campaign for the 2020 United States presidential election. He was inaugurated for his first term on January 20, 2017, and officially announced his reelection campaign on June 18, 2019. Donald Trump began his re-election campaign unusually early for an incumbent president. He began spending money on his reelection effort within weeks of his election and officially filed his campaign with the Federal Election Commission on the day of his inauguration. From February 2017 onward, Trump held more than 150 rallies and fundraisers for this campaign, visiting key electoral states. The campaign also raised funds and ran two nationwide advertising campaigns. Harmeet Kaur Dhillon (born 1969) is an American lawyer and Republican Party official. She is the former vice chairwoman of the California Republican Party, and a National Committeewoman of the Republican National Committee for California. She is the founder of a law practice called Dhillon Law Group Inc. In 2018, she helped launch the nonprofit Center for American Liberty, which does legal work related to civil liberties. She is a regular guest on Fox News. During the coronavirus pandemic, she filed numerous unsuccessful lawsuits to halt the implementation of stay-at-home orders and other emergency restrictions implemented to halt the spread of the coronavirus. Village People
Village People is an American disco group known for its on-stage costumes and suggestive lyrics in their music. The group was originally formed by French producers Jacques Morali, Henri Belolo and lead singer Victor Willis following the release of the debut album '' Village People'', which targeted disco's large gay audience. The group's name refers to Manhattan's Greenwich Village, with its reputation as a gay neighborhood. The characters were a symbolic group of American masculinity and macho gay-fantasy personas.
