The 2013 Davis Cup World Group Play-offs were held from September 13 to 15. They were the main play-offs of the 2013 Davis Cup. Winners of the playoffs advanced to the 2014 World Group, and the losers were relegated to their respective Zonal Regions I. The 2013 Davis Cup (also known as the 2013 Davis Cup by BNP Paribas for sponsorship purposes) was the 102nd edition of the tournament between national teams in men's tennis. Czech Republic successfully held their place as Davis Cup champions, by defeating Serbia in the final, in Belgrade, by a 3–2 score. The draw took place on 19 September 2012 in London, United Kingdom. Oliver Marach
Oliver Marach (born 16 July 1980) is an Austrian professional tennis player who primarily specialises in doubles. He achieved his highest singles ranking of world No. 82 in August 2005, but achieved most of his success in doubles where he reached his career-high doubles ranking of world No. 2 on 28 May 2018. Robin Haase
Robin Haase (; born 6 April 1987) is a Dutch professional tennis player. He reached his career-high ATP singles ranking of world No. 33 in July 2012, and has won two singles titles, at the Austrian Open in both 2011 and 2012.
