The 2011–12 ISU World Standings and Season's World Ranking, are the World Standings and Season's World Ranking published by the International Skating Union (ISU) during the 2011–12 season. The 2011–12 ISU World Standings for single & pair skating and ice dance, are taking into account results of the 2009–10, 2010–11 and 2011–12 seasons. The 2011–12 ISU Season's World Ranking is based on the results of the 2011–12 season only. 2009–10 Figure Skating Season
The 2009–10 figure skating season began on 1 July 2009, and ended on 30 June 2010. During this season, elite skaters competed at the Olympic level at the 2010 Winter Olympics, on the ISU Championship level at the 2010 European, Four Continents, World Junior, and World Championships. They also competed in elite competitions such as the 2009–10 ISU Grand Prix of Figure Skating. Season notes It was the final season in which the compulsory dance and the original dance were contested in ice dance. Nobunari Oda
is a Japanese competitive figure skater. He is the 2006 Four Continents champion, a four-time Grand Prix Final medalist (silver in 2009 and 2010; bronze in 2006 and 2013), the 2005 World Junior champion and the 2008 Japanese national champion. Personal life Oda introduces himself as a direct descendant of Oda Nobunaga, a ''daimyō'' during Japan's Sengoku period who conquered most of Japan. He is the 2011 World silver medalist, a two-time Grand Prix Final medalist, a two-time Four Continents medalist, and the 2010–11 Japanese national champion.
