Bradford is a city status in the United Kingdom, city and the administrative centre of the City of Bradford district in West Yorkshire, England. The city is in the Pennines' eastern foothills on the banks of the Bradford Beck. Thornton and Allerton (population 18,000 - 2021 ward profile) is a ward within the City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council in the county of West Yorkshire, England, named after the villages of Thornton and Allerton around which it is drawn. The population has increased considerably over the past 20 years, with an increase of nearly a fifth (3,000) from the 2001 UK census. Queensbury is a large village in the metropolitan borough of Bradford, West Yorkshire, England. The British National Party (BNP) is a far-right, fascist political party in the United Kingdom. It is headquartered in Wigton, Cumbria, and its leader is Adam Walker. Manningham is an historically industrial workers area as well as a council ward of Bradford, West Yorkshire, England. The population of the 2011 Census for the Manningham Ward was 19,983. The Respect Party was a left-wing to far-left, socialist political party active in the United Kingdom between 2004 and 2016.
