American League Central
The American League Central is one of Major League Baseball's six divisions. This division was formed in the realignment of 1994 by moving three teams from the American League West and two teams from the American League East. Its teams are all located in the Midwestern United States. Along with the National League East, the AL Central is one of two divisions in the Major Leagues in which all of its members have won a World Series title. Texas Rangers (baseball)
The Texas Rangers are an American professional baseball team based in the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex. The Rangers compete in Major League Baseball (MLB) as a member club of the American League (AL) West division. John Rocker
John Loy Rocker (born October 17, 1974) is a former American relief pitcher who played six seasons in Major League Baseball (MLB), primarily with the Atlanta Braves. Making his major league debut in 1998 as a member of the Braves, with whom he played four seasons, he was also a member of the Cleveland Indians, Texas Rangers, and Tampa Bay Devil Rays for one season each. He last played professionally for the Long Island Ducks of the Atlantic League of Professional Baseball in 2005. He played in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the Cleveland Indians, Washington Nationals, New York Yankees, and Boston Red Sox. Earl Clifford Snyder (born May 6, 1976) is a former Major League Baseball player who played in the Major Leagues for the Cleveland Indians and Boston Red Sox. In his short time in the majors, Snyder played first base, third base, and designated hitter, but in the minors, he played third, first, outfield, shortstop, two games at designated hitter, and one game at second base. The 6'0", 207 pound Snyder attended Plainville High School in Connecticut and attended the University of Hartford, where he played college baseball for the Hawks. While in college, he played for the Middletown Giants and Danbury Westerners of the New England Collegiate Baseball League. Jerrod Ashley Riggan (born May 16, 1974) is an American former professional baseball player. A pitcher, Riggan played in Major League Baseball (MLB) and Nippon Professional Baseball (NPB). Amateur career Riggan played baseball and basketball at Brewster High School in Brewster, Washington, from which he graduated in 1992. He was also his class president. After high school, Riggan attended Edmonds Community College where he started as a shortstop and pitcher on the college baseball team and shooting guard on the college basketball team. At Edmonds, Riggan took a line drive to the head and wore a batting helmet while pitching for the following year. Riggan continued his college baseball career at San Diego State. Michael Joseph Bacsik (; born November 11, 1977) is an American former Major League Baseball (MLB) pitcher and current radio host. He is known for giving up Barry Bonds' 756th career home run on August 7, 2007, which broke the all-time record formerly held by Hank Aaron. After his baseball career, Bacsik was a radio producer for KTCK, but was later fired. A year later, he was hired as a radio host at KRLD-FM.
