2013–14 Miami Hurricanes Men's Basketball Team
The 2013–14 Miami Hurricanes men's basketball team represented the University of Miami during the 2013–14 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. The Hurricanes, led by third year head coach Jim Larrañaga, played their home games at the BankUnited Center and were members of the Atlantic Coast Conference. They finished the season 17–16, 7–11 in ACC play to finish in tenth place. They advanced to the second round of the ACC tournament where they lost to NC State. Jim Larrañaga
James Joseph Larrañaga ( ; born October 2, 1949) is the head men's basketball coach for the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida. He has held this position since 2011. Before joining the University of Miami, he served as the head men's basketball coach at American International College from 1977 to 1979, Bowling Green State University from 1986 to 1997, and George Mason University from 1997 to 2011, where he coached the Patriots to 13 consecutive winning seasons and became a media sensation during the Patriots' improbable run to the Final Four of the 2006 NCAA Division I men's basketball tournament. Kansas State Wildcats Men's Basketball
The Kansas State Wildcats men's basketball team represents Kansas State University in college basketball competition. The program is classified in the NCAA Division I, and is a member of the Big 12 Conference. The head coach is Jerome Tang. The program began competition in 1902. The first two major-conference titles won by the school were won by the men's basketball team, in 1917 and 1919 (in the Missouri Valley Intercollegiate Athletic Association). Ángel Daniel Rodríguez Tricoche (born December 5, 1992) is a Puerto Rican professional basketball player for Liège Basket of the BNXT League. He played college basketball for Kansas State University and the University of Miami. College career Rodriguez began his collegiate career at Kansas State. Sheldon Mac (born Sheldon Reeves McClellan; December 21, 1992) is an American professional basketball player for the Gigantes de Carolina of the Baloncesto Superior Nacional (BSN).
