The 2011 Tevlin Women's Challenger was a professional tennis tournament played on indoor hard courts. It was the 7th edition of the tournament and part of the 2011 ITF Women's Circuit, offering a total of $50,000 in prize money. ITF Women's Circuit
The ITF Women's World Tennis Tour, previously known as the ITF Women's Circuit, is a series of professional tennis tournaments run by the International Tennis Federation for female professional tennis players. History It serves as a developmental circuit for the WTA Tour, which is run by the independent Women's Tennis Association (WTA). There are several hundred ITF Women's Circuit tournaments each year, spread across all six inhabited continents, with prize money ranging from US$15,000 to US$100,000. Players who succeed on the ITF Women's Circuit earn sufficient points to be eligible for qualifying draw or main draw entry to WTA tournaments. Until 2011 the ITF Women's Circuit was the level immediately below the main WTA Tour, but in 2012 the WTA introduced an intermediate level, the WTA 125K series. Tímea Babos
Tímea Babos (; born 10 May 1993) is a Hungarian professional tennis player who is a former world No. 1 in doubles. She is a four-time Grand Slam champion in women's doubles, having won the 2018 and 2020 Australian Opens, as well as the French Open in 2019 and 2020, all alongside Kristina Mladenovic. Jessica Pegula (born February 24, 1994) is an American professional tennis player. She has a career-high WTA rankings in singles and doubles of world No. 3, both achieved on October 24, 2022. Diana Ospina-Taylor (born July 4, 1979) is a former professional tennis player from the United States. Biography Ospina is the youngest of three children and only daughter of Luis Fernando and Maria. Her father is an endocrinologist and she was raised in Bloomfield Hills in metropolitan Detroit. A right-handed player, she claimed her first ITF circuit title in Mexico City in 1997. Ospina won a total of five ITF singles tournaments during her career and was a regular in WTA Tour qualifiers, twice making the main draw. Erin Hope Routliffe (born April 11, 1995) is a New Zealand professional tennis player who previously represented Canada. She reached a career-high doubles ranking of world No. 29 on 8 August 2022 and a career-high junior rank of No. 17 on 21 January 2013.
