Yeovil () is a town and civil parish in Somerset, England. It is close to Somerset's southern border with Dorset, west of London, south of Bristol, west of Sherborne and east of Taunton. The population of the built-up area – which includes the outlying areas of the town in the parishes of West Coker, Brympton and Yeovil Without – was 50,176 at the 2021 census. The aircraft and defence industries which developed in the 20th century made it a target for bombing in the Second World War; they are still major employers. Yeovil Country Park, which includes Ninesprings, is one of several open spaces with educational, cultural and sporting facilities. Religious sites include the 14th-century Church of St John the Baptist. The town is on the A30 and A37 roads and has two railway stations. Kirklees Stadium, currently known as the John Smith's Stadium for sponsorship reasons, is a multi-purpose stadium in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire, England. Steven Gary Davies (born 29 December 1987) is an English professional footballer who plays as a striker for Runcorn Town. Career Tranmere Rovers Born in Liverpool, Merseyside, Davies came through the youth ranks at Tranmere Rovers, making his first team debut at the age of 17 on 12 August 2005 in a 4–0 victory against Oldham Athletic. He went on to make another 25 appearances in all competitions (the majority as a substitute) during the 2005–06 season, scoring twice. Though initially established as a striker, lack of starting opportunities due to the form of Chris Greenacre saw him switch to the left wing from which he scored his first goal of the 2006–07 season in Tranmere's victory over Blackpool. William Marcus Paul Stewart (; born 7 November 1972) is an English former professional footballer who played as a forward from 1991 until 2011. Stewart played over 500 games and scored over 250 goals in his professional career and had notable spells in the Premier League for Ipswich Town and Sunderland, and was the Premier League's second highest goalscorer for the 2000–01 season. He also played for Bristol Rovers, Huddersfield Town, Bristol City, Preston North End, Yeovil Town and Exeter City. Sixfields Stadium is an 8,203-capacity all-seater sports stadium in the Sixfields area on the west side of Northampton, England. It has been the home ground of Northampton Town F.C., Northampton Town Football Club following their move from the County Cricket Ground, Northampton, County Ground in October 1994. It was also rented by Coventry City F.C., Coventry City between July 2013 and August 2014. Aside from being a sports venue, Sixfields also houses conference facilities. Lloyd Magnus Owusu (born 12 December 1976) is a retired professional footballer who last played for Hakoah Sydney City East in the NSW State League Division One, Sydney, Australia. After a move from non-League Slough Town, his career took off at Brentford, where he scored 48 goals in 163 league games between 1998 and 2002. He then moved to Sheffield Wednesday, and two years later transferred to Reading following a short loan spell. He returned to Brentford in 2005, and two years later signed with Yeovil Town. Poul Hübertz (born 21 September 1976) is a Danish former professional footballer who played as a forward. He previously played for a number of Danish clubs, including Farum BK, Herfølge BK, AaB, and FC Midtjylland in the Danish Superliga, and has also represented English football clubs Millwall and Northampton Town. With his long legs and unelegant style, he was known in Denmark as a somewhat atypical striker.
